Reception
12:30pm – 1:30pm Reception, Registration, and Heavy H’ors D’oeuvres
Alumni Reunion will commence with a reception in the Foyer of Tuscan I & II at Portofino Bay Hotel located in the Universal Studios Complex. Guests will be provided with registration packets and name tags.
Guests are encouraged to come early, get acquainted, and prepare themselves for a wonderful networking opportunity.
Heavy H’ors D’oeuvres will include a market selection of fresh vegetables with bleu cheese dip served in bread, a display of antipasto featuring prosciutto, soprasetta, cappicola, bresaola, fontina, provolone and mozzarella cheeses, pepperoncini, marinated mushrooms, olives and artichokes served with rosemary, calamata, asiago breads, thyme pepper breadsticks, a selection of international and domestic cheeses with fresh fruit garnish including ciabatta bread, and honey baked ham with rolls and a cinnamon-rum-pineapple sauce.
