How does my gift help the law school?

Your gift will support the Annual Fund, which can support student research assistantships, student organizations, faculty research and scholarships, career development for students and alumni, outreach programs and much more.

How does participating in this program benefit my firm?

The challenge recognizes, builds, and strengthens the law alumni network that the University of Florida is so well-known for. It also provides recognition opportunities for your firm visible to law students and other alumni.

What do the winning firms get?

The first firm to reach 100% participation within each challenge group will be presented with the LitiGator Trophy that they can display in their firm.
Firms that achieve 75-99% and 100% participation will be featured on the law school’s website and recognized in law school publications.

My firm has multiple offices, how will we all be judged in the challenge?

Firms will be recognized by their individual regional offices.

How much should I give?

Participation is the ultimate goal, and every donation helps. No matter the size, your gifts are greatly appreciated.

How can I get my firm involved?

If you have 2 or more University of Florida Law graduates at your firm, your firm is eligible to participate. Sign up here.

What types of gifts are counted as part of law firm giving?

Gifts directed to the Annual Fund within the challenge dates (July 1st-June 30th) will be counted in that year’s challenge.

What are the responsibilities of your law firm’s representative?

The LitiGator Champion(s) at each firm will help organize and motivate other Gators in their firm and encourage them to participate!
