Upgrade Notes
=============
The files contained in this distribution are for an UPGRADE ONLY.
These files should be extracted over-top your existing files to upgrade.

READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
=========================================
1. Backup your entire directory. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
2. If you manually changed the $BASE_DIR variable in the .pl files for a
   previous version, you will need to edit the new copies of calendar.pl
   and calendar_admin.pl to the same value!
3. Extract the files into a temporary location, then copy them over the
   originals. Make sure the CHMOD settings are still correct, and the 
   calendar should continue to run as before.

If you have any problems with the upgrade, please restore your back and
post your details ASAP to the Support Forum at:
