We provide many services to make the process as simple as possible. To assist you with your immediate recruiting needs, we offer Online Job Postings on Symplicity, On-Campus-Interviews (OCI), and Resume Books, which contain information about students seeking positions within a specific practice area or geographical location. If you are faced with time constraints, we can collect and bundle student resumes for you and arrange Video Interviews to allow you the convenience of interviewing students without having to travel. We offer consulting services to guide you through the recruitment process and to help you develop and achieve long term goals such as increasing your firm’s campus visibility need and establishing diversity initiatives.
