On-Campus Interview Programs

On-Campus Interviews provide you with the opportunity to interview numerous students (including students from our tax or environmental law LL.M programs) for summer law clerk or entry-level attorney positions conveniently in one day while promoting your law firm to the law school community.

OCI is offered both fall and spring semesters. Our Early Interview Week usually takes place the week before classes start in the fall. Interview dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While employers can schedule on-campus visits during any phase, UF Law suggests preferred dates for both fall and spring OCI, including Early Interview Dates for Fall OCI, to facilitate the on-campus interviewing process.

Employers who are unable to interview on campus but would like to review materials from our students may request a “Resume Collect” for fall or spring. Please fill out the job listing form below and check the “Resume Collect” box.

To register, please complete the “On-Campus Request Form” and “Employer Non-Discrimination Form” for fall or spring and then fax them to 352-392-4640 or email them to careers@law.ufl.edu. You can also register on Symplicity by clicking on the OCI tab and by selecting the “Request Schedule” button.

This year, we are celebrating the beginning of the fall interviewing season by hosting the Fall 2013 On-Campus Interviews Kick-Off Celebration on Monday, August 12, 2013 (the day before Early Interview Week begins). This presents a great opportunity for your organization to increase its visibility to our students and allow employers to spend more time with potential candidates.
