Shared Resources

Political and institutional boundaries do not always coincide with ecosystem boundaries or species migrations. The Concept of "shared resources" is an emerging principle of international law that seeks to address this ecological reality. In order to adequately address the needs of shared resources, international policymakers require the combined expertise of the scientific and legal community.
