The City of Cedar Key Community Redevelopment Designation and Planning

In the Spring of 2000 the Conservation Clinic was retained by the City of Cedar Key, Florida, a small fishing village on the Gulf Coast that is rapidly transitioning to a tourism economy. The Clinic worked with the City Commission and the City Attorney to designate a Community Redevelopment Area and prepare a preliminary Redevelopment Plan.
