The Town of Marineland Community Redevelopment Area and Planning

In the Fall of 2000 the Clinic was retained by the Town of Marineland, Florida's smallest incorporated municipality. Marineland has been designated "Remarkable Coastal Place" by the State of Florida Department of Community Affairs. The Clinic worked with the Town Council and the Town Attorney through the Marineland Revitalization Working Group to designate a Community Redevelopment Area and prepare a Redevelopment Plan.
