- University of Florida: Joined College of Law in 2005 as Assistant Professor of Law; Promoted to Associate Professor of Law in 2008.
- Prior Teaching Positions: Harvard University, Teaching Fellow (1995-1996); Boston University School of Law, Adjunct Instructor (1998-1999); Florida Coastal School of Law, Assistant Professor of Law (2004-2005).
- Private Practice: Partner, Hale and Dorr LLP (now WilmerHale), Boston (1997-2003); Associate, Sherburne, Powers & Needham, P.C. (now Holland & Knight LLP), Boston (1996-1997).
- Scholarship and Expertise: Professor Rowe’s expertise is in intellectual property law. Her scholarship focuses on trade secrets and workplace intellectual property disputes. She is the author of several law review articles and book chapters, and is currently working on the first casebook devoted exclusively to Trade Secret Law. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences on intellectual property and also serves as an expert witness in litigation matters.
