- Private Practice: Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (New York, NY)(1994-98).
- Research and Expertise: Professor Siebecker's research interests address the intersection of law and political theory, focusing primarily in the areas of securities regulation, corporate law, and corporate social responsibility. He has authored several major law review articles, book chapters and essays that have been widely cited in prominent academic journals, books, treatises, and court opinions.
