Unincorporated Business Enterprises

  • This course covers general legal and practical concepts concerning various forms of business enterprises including sole proprietorships, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability corporations. Emphasis will be placed on unincorporated associations, however due consideration will also be given to the corporate form.

Corporations

  • This course covers fundamental legal and practical concepts concerning corporations. Emphasis will be placed on issues relating to formation, corporate governance, shareholder activism, fiduciary duties, and mergers and acquisition.

Corporate Scandals & Crises

  • This advanced course examines legal and practical considerations relating to corporate scandals and crises. Additionally, this course aims to develop and foster legal knowledge and practical legal skills relating to corporate law and white-collar crime.
