Organizations (2 or 3 credits)
A consideration of the various forms of doing business, especially for unincorporated associations. Emphasis is placed upon agency and partnership, with consideration given to other forms of businesses, such as non-profit corporations, professional associations, and limited liability companies.
Prerequisites: None. - LAW 6710 - Family Law
(3 credits)
Nature of contract to marry and of marriage; requisites for validity; annulment doctrines; divorce; causes, grounds, defenses, jurisdiction; problems of the child; economic and tort relations between spouses and parent and child.
Prerequisites: None.
