- LAW 6363 - Trial Practice
(4 Credits)
NOTE: Registration preference shall be given to fifth and fourth semester students in that order.
A study of the trial process, including law relating to trials, trial tactics, and trial techniques. First half of course consists of classroom work and a weekly three-hour laboratory, involving role-playing and critical evaluation. Second half consists of simulated trials and critical evaluation. Mock trials are usually held on Saturday. Credit will be awarded on a Satisfactory (S), Unsatisfactory (U) basis. Enrollment is done by application prior to advanced registration.
Prerequisites: Evidence (LAW 6330). Not available to students who have taken Trial Advocacy (LAW 6361).
