(Foundation Press 1999) (with P. McDaniel &amp; D. Simmons); 2000 Cumulative Supplement to Federal Income Taxation of Partnerships and S Corporations, Third Ed. (Foundation Press 1999) (with P. McDaniel &amp; D. Simmons); 2000 Cumulative Supplement to Federal Income Taxation of Corporations, Second Ed. (Foundation Press 1999) (with P. McDaniel &amp; D. Simmons); and 2000 Cumulative Supplement to Federal Income Taxation, Cases and Materials, 4th Edition (Foundation Press, 1998) (with P. McDaniel, H. Ault, and D. Simmons) were published in July. His forthcoming publications include the 2000-1 Semi-Annual Cumulative Supplement to Bittker &amp; McMahon’s Federal Income Taxation of Individuals. He is working with Professor Alice G. Abreu, Temple University Law School, on a monograph United States Tax Law, to be published in International Encyclopaedia of Tax Laws, R. Blanpain; and with Professor Lawrence A. Zelenak, University of North Carolina School of Law, on the 3rd edition of Bittker &amp; McMahon’s Federal Income Taxation of Individuals (Warren, Gorham &amp; Lamont). He is serving as Chair, Committee on Teaching Taxation of the ABA Tax Section, and has been named to Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers, 2000.</p>
