Professor Thomas Hurst recently attended the Cambridge Symposium on Economic Crime at Jesus College, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, where he presented a paper entitled “Securities Fraud and the Internet.” His article, “Teaching Limited Liability Companies” was recently published in the Georgia Law Review.
