Professor Jonathan Cohen has two publications forthcoming this spring: “When People are the Means: Negotiating with Respect,” in the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, and a book review, “Holistic Lawyering: ‘Transforming Practices’ Advances Dialogue on Spirtuality in Law Practice” in Dispute Resolution Magazine.
