He also was asked to be an arbitrator before Guatemala’s commercial arbitration center. The following week, he chaired a panel on e-commerce between U.S. and Mexico in Guanajuator, Mexico. He is currently a consultant on a case before the Supreme Court of Spain, and another involving service of process by a court of first instance in France.
