				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In a single day in Guatemala in September, Professor Michael Gordon spoke on legal reform at a breakfast sponsored by the American-Guatemalan Chamber of Commerce, gave press interviews to three newspapers, spoke on forum non conveniens at a faculty luncheon at Francisco Marroquin University, had a lengthy private discussion with Guatemala’s Foreign Minister on legal reform and the Guatemalan-Belize territorial conflict, lectured on NAFTA dispute resolution at a public forum, and ended at a dinner in his honor by the Chamber of Commerce and American Embassy. He also was asked to be an arbitrator before Guatemala’s commercial arbitration center. The following week, he chaired a panel on e-commerce between U.S. and Mexico in Guanajuator, Mexico. He is currently a consultant on a case before the Supreme Court of Spain, and another involving service of process by a court of first instance in France.</p>
