The honor is bestowed upon faculty “with a distinguished record of research and a strong research agenda expected to lead to continuing distinction in their fields.” Lidsky’s areas of expertise include Internet Law, Torts, Mass Media Law, Jurisprudence and Professionalism. She recently co-authored, with law student Michael Pike, an article, “Cybergossip or Securities Fraud? Some First Amendment Guidance in Drawing the Line,” published in Wallstreetlawyer.com.</p>
