In the Spotlight: Martin McMahon

Clarence J. TeSelle Professor Martin J. McMahon Jr. served at the American Bar Association Tax Section mid-year meeting in San Antonio, Texas, Jan. 24-25 on a Formation of Tax Policy Committee Meeting panel on “The Increasing Use of Anti-Abuse Rules in Our Federal Tax System,” and presented a program with University of Houston Professor Ira Shepard on “Recent Income Tax Developments.”
