UF Research Foundation Professor Lars Noah published “Challenges in the Federal Regulation of Pain Management Technologies,” 31 Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics 55 (2003) and “Assisted Reproductive Technologies and the Pitfalls of Unregulated Biomedical Innovation,” 55 Fla. L. Rev. 603 (2003). He spoke on physician testimony and evidence-based medicine as part of a panel discussion on issues of law and science at the recent Southeastern Association of Law Schools meeting and on pain management issues as part of a continuing education program developed for hospitals affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

J.L. & Med. 221-245 (2003) (symposium), and presented a paper on pediatric clinical trials at the American Society for Law, Medicine & Ethics’ annual meeting for health law teachers in Wilmington, DE, in June.
