Scholarship and Activities: Barbara Noah

Center for Governmental Responsibility Research Associate Barbara Noah published “AIDS and Retroviral Drugs in South Africa: Public Health, Politics, and Individual Suffering,” 31 Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics 144 (2003), reviewing Brial Tilley’s “It’s My Life.” She also published “The Participation of Underrepresented Minorities in Clinical Research,” 29 Am. J.L. & Med. 221-245 (2003) (symposium), and presented a paper on pediatric clinical trials at the American Society for Law, Medicine & Ethics’ annual meeting for health law teachers in Wilmington, DE, in June.
