Stephen C. O’Connell Professor Christopher Slobogin published “What Atkins Could Mean for People with Mental Illness,” in a symposium issue of New Mexico Law Review (Vol. 33: 293- 314) devoted to discussion of the Supreme Court case that prohibited execution of people with mental retardation.
