Sohn Research Scholar and Associate Dean for International Studies, and Professor Jeffrey Davis became the second and third recipients ever of The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Distinguished Lifetime Service Award at the annual meeting. Cohn and Davis have been active in the development of Bar-sponsored state legislation in their respective fields (bankruptcy and corporations), and are on the Business Law Section’s executive council.</p>
