Barbara Bennett Woodhouse, David H. Levin Chair in Family Law, Director, Center on Children and the Law, and Co-Director, Institute for Child and Adolescent Research and Evaluation (ICARE), spoke to a congressional roundtable this month and presented a talk at the Children’s Bureau in the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C., both on the Child’s Right to Counsel.
