				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>John H. and Mary Lou Dasburg Professor of Law Michael W. Gordon was appointed an External Examiner at the London School of Economics and, with one Internal Examiner, sat in London at a Ph.D. in law thesis viva presented by the candidate, the counsel for the Uruguayan Central Bank. His new Principles of International Business, Trade and Economics Law (w/ Folsom &amp; Spanogle) was published in August by West.</p>
<p>The second edition of his casebook, NAFTA and Free Trade in the Americas (w/ Folsom &amp; Gantz), and the 8th edition of his casebook, International Business Transactions (w/ Folsom, Spanogle &amp; Fitzgerald), were both published in July, both by West.</p>
