Professor Jeffrey Davis spoke to 300 lawyers at a seminar in Orlando sponsored by the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Associaton on Sept. 23. His topic was “Traversing the Maze of Exemptions Under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.”
