He also was lead-in speaker at a daylong workshop sponsored by the Goedgedacht Forum for Social Reflection on the topic of “Justice for the poor? Could mandatory mediation offer better access to justice and the protection of the law to all citizens,” held near Malsbury, South Africa, in June.</p>
