Barbara Bennett Woodhouse, David H. Levin Chair in Family Law, Director, Center on Children and the Law, and Co-Director, Institute for Child and Adolescent Research and Evaluation (ICARE), spoke to a congressional roundtable this month and presented a talk at the Children’s Bureau in the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C., both on the Child’s Right to Counsel. Clarence J. TeSelle Professor Martin J. McMahon published “Recent Developments in Federal Income Taxation: The Year 2003,” 6 Florida Tax Review 445 (2004) (with Ira B. Shepard). He also made two new CLE presentations: one Sept. 27 on “Recent Developments in Federal Income Taxation,” and one Sept. 29 on “Divorce Taxation Deskbook,” both made jointly with Professor Ira Shepard at the 39th Annual Southern Federal Tax Institute in Atlanta.
