Recommendations were to have been requested and obtained over the summer for inclusion in your application packet or for upload into the Online System for Clerkship Application and Review (OSCAR). Remember, if you are using OSCAR, you will upload all of your documents, your recommenders will upload their letters of recommendation, and then the designated federal judge will be able to view your completed electronically transmitted application packet online starting at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 5.
