Disbursement:
Full-time students: First disbursement of Federal Direct loans is “tentatively” scheduled for August 27. If this does not happen, I will send an email. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours (business) to reach your checking account after disbursement.

Less than full-time students: Disbursement of funds will happen once the drop/add period is over, budgets are adjusted and aid revised. This disbursement should take place by September 5.

**Graduate Assistants: Aid will disburse after the tuition waiver has been processed and posted through University Financial Services.

Federal Graduate Plus Loans: Information about this loan can be found at www.sfa.ufl.edu/programs/gradfdplus.html. To apply, download and complete the application. The application can be found at www.sfa.ufl.edu/pub/forms.html.
