A legal position in the government can be a rewarding and satisfying career choice. Why not begin your law career with an internship or first job in your local, state, or federal government? Wednesday's program will discuss how to identify open government positions as well as provide tangible resources and recommendations for finding the right opportunity for you. Don't miss out on the opportunity to learn more about the government practice of law and start getting your foot in the door. 

Attorney General Honors Program
For 2Ls and 3Ls ONLY
Thursday, Sept. 6, 11 a.m., Bailey Courtroom

Do you have dreams of working for the State of Florida?  Why not begin your path with a position with the Office of the Attorney General.  Representatives from the Office of the Attorney General of Florida will be on campus to discuss the Honors Program on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Bailey Courtroom. Honors Attorneys are hired as full-fledged attorneys and start the program after they sit for the Florida Bar. This program should not be missed for anyone interested in working for the State of Florida or who has an interest in administrative law, antitrust, criminal appeals, economic crimes, Medicaid fraud, state programs or the Office of the Solicitor General.
