Interns attend seminars and workshops on federal securities laws, and are exposed to key individuals and institutions in securities and commodities industries, as well as in the legal profession. They work on research and writing projects, and are assigned a mentor.

For application information and instructions, see www.sec.gov/jobs/jobs_students.shtml.
