Presidential Management Fellows Program for 3Ls
The purpose of the Presidential Management Fellows Program is to attract to the Federal service outstanding men and women from a variety of academic disciplines and career paths who have a clear interest in, and commitment to, excellence in the leadership and management of public policies and programs. Applications for current 3Ls have not yet been released, but if this is something you are interested in you should be researching the program now. The application process is rigorous and competitive, so being a well-informed applicant is necessary to aid you throughout the process. Get familiar with the program now by consulting www.pmf.opm.gov/.
Last year, May 2007 graduate Rebecca Marci Brown (pictured above) was accepted into the program. Through the PMF program, Brown is currently working at the National Cancer Institute at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
