• Contracted to publish Meaning in Law: A Theory of Speech (Oxford University Press forthcoming 2009).

• Presented “So you THINK You Know Revised Article 9? Avoid Minefields: Complex Transactional and Enforcement Issues," in a CLE sponsored by the Business Section of the Florida Bar (February 2009).

• Contracted to publish Beyond Environmental Law: Policy Proposals for a Better Environmental Future (Alyson Flournoy & David Driesen, eds., Cambridge University Press forthcoming 2009) (with chapters by Mary Jane Angelo, Tom Ankersen, and Christine Klein)

• Delivered a lecture on the Principles of Patent Law at the World Intellectual Property Organization in New York to United Nations Diplomats from 40 countries (February 2009).

• Contracted to publish two books: Lawyers Crossing Lines (Carolina Academic Press forthcoming fall 2009) (re-write of Professional Responsibility supplement previously published by now-deceased author); and White Collar Crime: Law, Procedure, Theory and Practice (Aspen Publishers forthcoming fall 2010).

• Dennis Calfee, Pat Dilley, Michael Friel, and Larry Lokken
  Made a series of tax presentations as part of the UF Alumni Association's "Back to College" event (Feb. 21, 2009).
