Taught by local attorney Lawrence J. Marraffino, Esq. and Andrew Z. Adkins III, director of the Legal Technology Institute at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, the Course Objective is "to provide the graduating law student with practical knowledge about the practice of law and the business of running a law office."

The two-hour credited course begins Wednesday, August 27, 2008 and will continue the entire semester ending December 3, 2008.

The course uses the following books:

  • How to Start and Build a Law Practice, by Jay G. Foonberg. Published by the ABA Law Practice Management Section.
