::Case Study - Adorno & Zeder

Adorno & Zeder, P.A. is located in South Florida, headquartered in Miami with branch offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Tallahassee. The firm’s 65 plus attorneys provide legal services to a broad spectrum of clients, including major multi-national corporations and state and local government. The firm’s practice areas include all aspects of litigation, corporate, tax, health, insurance and employment law, real estate, estate planning, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, public financing, land use and governmental affairs.

Andrew Z. Adkins, III was retained to review a Request for Proposal generated by the firm. We also provided consulting services for long-range planning and helped the firm evaluate the proposals received by systems integrators. Through our efforts in evaluation and contract negotiation, the firm was able to work with the successful integrator at a lower price than initially proposed. We also provided recommendations for the firm’s basic network infrastructure, desktop workstations, and wide area network communications.
