Andrew Z. Adkins, III was retained to review
a Request for Proposal generated by the firm. We also provided
consulting services for long-range planning and helped the
firm evaluate the proposals received by systems integrators.
Through our efforts in evaluation and contract negotiation,
the firm was able to work with the successful integrator
at a lower price than initially proposed. We also provided
recommendations for the firm’s basic network infrastructure,
desktop workstations, and wide area network communications.
