Case Study - Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.
Dickey McCamey is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The firm's 130+ attorneys provide a variety of legal services in many different practice areas. The firm requested the Legal Technology Institute to review the current technology environment and provide recommendations for a computerized case and document management system to help improve the level of technology service to end users.
LTI worked with the firm's Legal Adminstrator, IT Director, and Technology Committee, helping to determine the current state of technology and use of that technology, and provided recommendations and an implementation plan for a case management and document management system. LTI prepared a Request for Proposal and worked with the software developers to coordinate presentations to the firm.
