Case Study - Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C.
Harwell Howard is located in Nashville, Tennessee. The firm's 30+ attorneys provide a variety of legal services in different practice areas. The firm requested the Legal Technology Institute to review the current technology environment and technology staffing and provide recommendations to help improve the level of technology service to end users.
LTI worked with the firm's Legal Adminstrator, Managing Partner, Marketing Director, IT Director, and Technology Committee, helping to determine the current state of technology compared with peer law firms and provided recommendations and an implementation plan to help improve technology services to clients. This plan included upgrading the firm's computer hardware and software to a standard technology level.
