The H. J. Heinz Company, headquartered
in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, retained the Legal Technology
Institute to assist with migrating from LawPack and Documentum
to a new case management system and new document management
system. LTI met with General Counsel, Legal Administrator,
Business Management, and Corporate Counsel to discuss current
procedures and workflow and the use of the existing technologies.
Through LTI's efforts, the law department acquired new document
management and case management software, migrated from the
legacy systems to the new systems, and modified several
processes.
