100+ attorneys provide legal services in a variety of areas
throughout Florida. The firm requested The Legal Technology
Institute to assist with realizing their technology vision
by conducting an analysis of their computing environment
and preparing a Request for Proposal for system integration
services.
LTI worked with the firm's Technology Committee,
helping to determine the vision, recognize the current limitations
and restraints of the existing environment and to provide
recommendations for a computing platform. LTI also chaired
a vendor's conference and vendor presentations to provide
the firm with a face-to-face meeting with the various proposers.
With LTI's assistance, the firm selected a systems integrator
to provide the necessary hardware and software, training
and integration services.
