Qwest retained the services of the Legal
Technology Institute to gain a solid understanding of the
legal profession and the various market segments. In addition,
Qwest requested LTI to research and prepare the top-level
software programs in the various market segments. LTI prepared
a software "matrix," providing invaluable information
to Qwest to develop strategic alliances for its Application
Service Provider platform, Apptimum.
