Case Study - Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC
Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC is headquartered in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The firm's 420+ users are located in seven offices in two states. The firm had recently undergone a significant upgrade, commonly called a "forklift upgrade," and requested the Legal Technology Institute to review the current implementation plan and provide recommendations to help improve the level of technology service to end users.
LTI worked with the firm's Executive Director, IT Director, and Technology Committee, helping to determine and prioritize the current technology issues and provided advice on managing the end user frustrations.
