The Legal Technology Institute was established at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law in the Fall of 1997 with a mission "to provide an innovative forum for making a positive impact and improving technology in the legal profession." The Institute provides independent Legal Technology Consulting Services and Market Research Services specific to the legal profession.
