Wolf Family Lecture
The fifth annual Wolf Family Lecture on the American Law of Real Property will explore pertinent issues facing land use regulation today.
Vicki L. Been, Boxer Family Professor of Law and director of the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy at New York University School of law will present, “Who Controls Land Use Regulation: The Urban Growth Machine versus Homevoters,” Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Martin H. Levin Advocacy Center courtroom at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
