				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Federal and state judges from throughout Florida will hear University of Florida law students argue First and Fourth Amendment issues in the 26th Annual Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe Moot Court Final Four competition September 9 at 10 a.m. in the Martin H. Levin Advocacy Center courtroom at the UF Levin College of Law.</p>
<p>The Final Four competition is the culmination of the Florida Moot Court Team tryout process, where the top four competitors display their oral advocacy skills.</p>
<p>The top four competitors, Danielle Grundt, Amy Podolsky, Kelsey Veitengruber, Brandon White and alternate Dylan Shea, along with 13 other competitors are the newest members of the Florida Moot Court Team, governed by the Justice Campbell Thornal Executive Board.</p>
<p>“The Florida Moot Court team is excited to host the 26th Annual Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe Moot Court Final Four competition,” said Leigh Anne Siddle, president of the Florida Moot Court Team. “Between the distinguished panel of judges and our eloquent group of competitors, this exhibition will display the full range of talents of our team.”</p>
<p>The judging panel will include: Judge Monterey &#8220;Buddy&#8221; Campbell, Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal; Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington, Middle District of Florida; Judge James S. Moody, Middle District of Florida and Judge Paul C. Huck, Southern District of Florida.</p>
<p>The 26th Annual Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe Moot Court Final Four competition is free and open to the public.
