CIRCA Pay Printers

Levin College of Law CIRCA Pay Printers (Windows XP laptop instructions)

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to http://print.circa.ufl.edu

  2. Click ‘Yes’ when prompted by the Security Certificate.
    If you do not have the iPrint Client installed, please click on the “Install iPrint Client” link in the top right corner.
  3. Internet Explorer may attempt to block the website from downloading files to your computer. If this happens, please click on the yellow notification bar and select “Download File...”.
  4. Click ‘Save’ when prompted and save the file to your Desktop. (You may need to click on the “Install iPrint Client” link in the top right corner to restart the download process.)
  5. Go to your desktop and double click on “nipp.exe” to install the iPrint Client.
  6. In the “Novell iPrint Client Install” window, click ‘Next’.
  7. When it has finished installing, click ‘Finish’.

  8. Install the printer
    In Internet Explorer, click on the printer you would like to install.
  9. Click on “LIC-PayPrinters” to use the CIRCA Pay printers in room 163 of the library. (The room behind the Circulation area.)
  10. Click on “LawInternetCafe-PayPrinters” to use the CIRCA Pay Printers in the Bruton-Geer cafeteria.

  11. You will be prompted for your Gatorlink User name and Password. Please supply those in the appropriate places then click ‘OK’.

  12. You will then get a window informing you that the printer is not installed. Please click ‘OK’ to install the printer.

The printer is now installed.
After you print to the printer, you will need to go to the corresponding ‘”Print Release Station” and login to release your print jobs to the print device (A.K.A. Printers). These stations are located right next to the print device in question.
