FOOD: You must have prior approval to serve food; food is only allowed in a limited number of rooms. Student Affairs will notify you if your food request cannot be accommodated on the date and time you requested. *If you are approved for a food room, you are responsible for bringing trash bags for the trash generated from your event. Do not place garbage in the room’s trashcans. You agree as a part of this reservation to carry the trash out after the event in your bags and to place the trash in the nearest dumpster.
AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT: Student Affairs does not coordinate these services. For audio/visual equipment requests and scheduling, you must contact Technology Services (help@law.ufl.edu or 273-0750) to see if your specific needs can be met on the date and time specified on your request.
ROOM CONDITION:
When you leave the room, please be sure
it is clean and organized. You will be responsible
for any damage or charge for cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The organization agrees to and accepts the
above terms by making the reservation.
