This past year we have competed in numerous national competitions and in our most recent competition, we placed first nationally. Tax Moot Court News
The Tax Moot Court team places first in national competition.
On February 6, 2011, the Florida Tax Moot Court Team placed first at the National Tax Moot Court competition held in St. Petersburg. The team was comprised of Michael Bruno (2L), James Baley (3L) and Kevin Hall (3L). James Baley also claimed the title of Best Individual Oralist.
The Tax Moot Court Team has also placed second in the National Tax MootCourt competition in 2010.
Tax Moot Court has also placed second in Negotiation at the National Securities Mediation, Arbitration, and Negotiation Triathlon sponsored by St. John's University in New York.
