Florida Tax Review
Florida Tax Review is an innovative law review that publishes articles dealing with significant issues of tax law and policy. Since inception of the Review in 1993, it has become one of the premier tax journals in the country.
Accepted
articles are generally published in about three months from
receipt of the manuscript.
Articles published by the Review focus on a wide range of timely and important tax topics. Recent issues, for example, included articles on financial instruments; family limited partnerships; tax expatriation; the alternative minimum tax; the gift tax annual exclusion; wealth transfer taxaton; and recent developments in income taxation.
