All eyes again turned to Florida as the Trayvon Martin shooting case generated national headlines. The case was ripe for legal discourse and the media came calling on UF Law faculty.
In January, University of Florida Levin College of Law alum Eugene Pettis (JD 85) became The Florida Bar’s president elect designate.
The Levin College of Law’s Graduate Tax, Environmental and Land Use Law, and its Alternative Dispute Resolution Program continue to rank highly.
The Florida Law Review’s journal ranking improved this year from No. 39 to No. 37 among all student-run legal journals.
